The team at Surfing Cow ice cream are delighted to say that we are now a SALSA certified producer!

SALSA (Safe And Local Supplier Approval) is a food safety certification scheme for smaller food producers, who can demonstrate that they operate to standards that are recognised and accepted across the industry and exceed the minimum standards expected by enforcement authorities.

We have also been featured as a 'SALSA Star' on their social media pages and website!

Don't forget we are re-opening the ice cream parlour for the 2021 season on Saturday 27th & Sunday 28th March, open 12-5pm - we'll see you then for a scoop or two!
